1. About Trashandler

Trashandler Greentech Private Limited (“Trashandler”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) operates a technology platform that connects scrap sellers with verified scrap collection vendors.

Trashandler acts solely as a technology intermediary facilitating interactions between users and vendors.

Trashandler does not directly purchase scrap materials from users and does not guarantee any specific pricing, offer, transaction completion, or vendor performance.

2. Eligibility

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• • You are at least 18 years old.
• • You have legal authority to enter into binding agreements.
• • All information provided is accurate and complete.
• • You will comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Trashandler reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to contain false, misleading, or incomplete information.

3. Account Registration

Users may be required to create an account to access certain services.

You are responsible for:

• • Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials.
• • All activities conducted through your account.
• • Updating account information when changes occur.

Trashandler shall not be liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.

4. Vendor Verification

Vendor participation is subject to a verification process conducted by Trashandler.

Verification may include:

• • Business verification
• • Government-issued document verification
• • Additional compliance checks

Until verification is approved:

• • Vendors cannot accept requests.
• • Vendors cannot reject requests.
• • Vendors cannot participate in active transactions.

Trashandler reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, restrict, or terminate vendor access at its sole discretion.

5. Platform Services

The Platform enables users to:

• • Request scrap pickups.
• • Connect with verified vendors.
• • Share scrap information.
• • Schedule collections.
• • Receive offers from vendors.

Trashandler only facilitates these interactions and does not become a party to any transaction between users and vendors.

6. Scrap Pricing

Users acknowledge that:

• • Scrap prices are independently determined by vendors.
• • Market rates may vary depending on material type, quantity, location, and quality.
• • Trashandler does not determine scrap prices.
• • Trashandler does not guarantee any specific rate or offer.

Any pricing disputes shall be resolved directly between the user and the vendor.

7. Fees and Charges

At present:

• • Trashandler does not charge sellers for requesting scrap collection.
• • Trashandler does not charge vendors for using the Platform.

Trashandler reserves the right to introduce service fees, commissions, subscription plans, convenience charges, or other platform fees in the future.

Any such changes will be communicated through the Platform.

8. User Responsibilities

Users agree:

• • To provide accurate information.
• • To provide lawful and genuine scrap materials.
• • Not to submit misleading descriptions.
• • Not to upload false, fraudulent, or deceptive information.
• • Not to interfere with platform operations.

Users remain solely responsible for the legality and ownership of materials listed through the Platform.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users and vendors shall not:

• • Misrepresentation.
• • Illegal transactions.
• • Harassment or abuse.
• • Unauthorized access.
• • Use of bots or scraping tools.
• • Circumventing security.
• • Sale of stolen materials.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent account termination.

10. Anti-Collusion Policy

To maintain marketplace fairness, users and vendors shall not engage in:

• • Vendor conspiracies
• • Bid rigging
• • Anti-competitive arrangements
• • Artificial market control
• • Fraudulent coordination

Trashandler reserves the right to investigate suspicious activities and take appropriate action.

11. Safety and Conduct

Users and vendors must maintain professional conduct.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• • Violence
• • Threats
• • Harassment
• • Hate speech
• • Discrimination
• • Criminal activity

Trashandler may cooperate with law enforcement authorities where necessary.

12. Transactions

Transactions occur directly between users and vendors.

Trashandler:

• • Does not own scrap materials.
• • Does not inspect materials.
• • Does not guarantee transactions.
• • Does not guarantee vendor availability.
• • Does not guarantee vendor offers.

Users and vendors remain solely responsible for their agreements and interactions.

13. Content and Submissions

Users may upload content including photos, descriptions, reviews, and ratings.

Users grant Trashandler a non-exclusive right to use and process content for platform operations.

• • Defamatory content
• • Copyright violations
• • Harmful software

Trashandler may remove content without notice.

14. Intellectual Property

All Platform content including software, branding, logos, designs, databases, and features remain the property of Trashandler or its licensors.

No content may be copied or reproduced without permission.

15. Suspension and Termination

Trashandler may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• • Fraud
• • Security risks
• • Legal compliance
• • Abuse of platform

Termination may occur without prior notice where necessary.

16. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Trashandler makes no warranties regarding:

• • Vendor performance
• • Transaction outcomes

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trashandler shall not be liable for:

• • Loss of profits

Trashandler acts solely as a technology intermediary.

18. Indemnification

Users and vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trashandler, its directors, employees, affiliates, officers, and partners against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, penalties, and expenses arising from:

• • Violation of terms
• • Fraudulent conduct
• • Third-party disputes

19. Privacy

Use of the Platform is also governed by the Trashandler Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to information collection and processing as described in the Privacy Policy.

20. Modifications

Trashandler reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions shall become effective upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

21. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
